These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88et ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 88et website located at 88et.app and all associated services ("the Service"). It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering and depositing. 88et makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in any particular location within Pakistan or elsewhere. 2.3 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered 88et account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and associated funds withheld pending investigation.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other registered number). Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 KYC Verification. 88et operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with standard industry requirements. You may be required to submit identity documentation (such as a valid CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88et login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify 88et support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 88et will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
3.4 Single Currency. All 88et accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the applicable rate at time of processing.
4.1 Supported Methods. 88et accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Supported methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 500. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. Minimum deposit via USDT TRC20 is 10 USDT. Full deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the 88et cashier section.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Verified accounts may withdraw winnings to their registered payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 45 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 88et reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. 88et reserves the right to decline deposits or request source-of-funds documentation where required.
4.5 No Interest. 88et does not pay interest on account balances held on the platform.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 88et are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Abuse. 88et reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a user has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent bonus terms. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk combination bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to arbitrage promotional offers.
5.3 No Obligation. 88et is under no obligation to offer any specific bonus to any user at any time. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game, sport, and betting market offered on the 88et platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous odds ("palpable error"), 88et reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Winnings paid as a result of a palpable error may be reclaimed from your account balance.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. 88et reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected match-fixing, money laundering, or irregular betting patterns.
6.4 RNG Integrity. All random number generator (RNG) games on 88et use independently certified RNG technology. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run returns and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

9.2 88et does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 88et's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 88et's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
88et is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All 88et accounts include access to deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible via your account settings panel at any time. 11.1 By 88et. 88et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed for a verified breach, 88et may retain any balance in the account pending investigation.
11.2 By the User. You may close your 88et account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks. Unclaimed balances below the minimum threshold may be subject to administrative deduction after an extended period of inactivity, as specified in the platform's inactive account policy.
88et reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 88et will endeavour to notify registered users via email or platform notification. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88et platform, you agree to first contact the 88et support team to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority in accordance with the platform's licensing framework.
